Al-Dhale University Receives an Academic Delegation from Sana'a University to Participate in Teaching in the Department of Computer Science
His Excellency, the President of Al-Dhale University, Professor Dr. Ali Saeed Al-Tariq, today received an academic delegation from Sana'a University, which arrived at the university to participate in teaching the scientific courses of the Department of Computer Science during the first semester of the 1448 AH (2026–2027) academic year.
This visit is the result of the dedicated efforts and continuous follow-up of the University President, Professor Dr. Ali Saeed Al-Tariq, who actively coordinated with the relevant academic authorities to attract distinguished academic expertise, reflecting the university's ongoing commitment to developing its educational programs and strengthening the Department of Computer Science.
The arrival of the visiting academic team also comes within the framework of the support provided by the leadership of the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research. During a meeting held today, the Deputy Minister, Professor Dr. Hatem Al-Daees, directed public universities to cooperate with Al-Dhale University and support it with specialized academic expertise, thereby enhancing its role in serving higher education and improving the quality of its academic outcomes.
The visiting team is scheduled to begin delivering lectures and providing academic supervision to the department's students starting on Wednesday, 5 August 2026.
The visiting academic delegation includes:
Professor Dr. Eng. Malik Nasser Ali Al-Jabri, Professor of Computer Science and faculty member at the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology, Sana'a University.
Professor Dr. Sharaf Abdulhaq Mahyoub Al-Hamdi, Professor of Computer Networks at the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology, Sana'a University, and former member of the Academic Accreditation Council.
